I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, the location was fantastic! It was situated in a bustling area with numerous Indian restaurants within walking distance and very near the Indra market. The nearby malls also added to the convenience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Friendly staff, spacious and comfortable room (beautiful view of the business district), very good breakfast (all-you-can-eat buffet, omelette cooked and served on the spot in front of you. Relaxing swimming pool, also nice view.
The location: far from everything, apart from the few restaurants in the area, the neighborhood is rather boring.

The hotel s predominantly Indian clientele is seriously lacking in politeness and education. Glad not to be part of the staff and to have to put up with their lack of life skills. They do not represent Indian culture well.

American chain with rooms in the same style as any hotel in the USA. Great room and big bed, coffee in the room included, good service, great breakfast with lots of Indian food (you can see a lot of Indian in this hotel). The staff is very friendly.
It is a bit hidden, although you can walk to the subway and, if you like, to some shopping areas in less than 20 minutes.

With the rental of a scooter the location was ideal (parking is available). The swimming pool is correct and very quiet, few guests on the deckchairs (towels available at the entrance of the pool). Very good breakfast. Beds much more comfortable than in other Thai hotels.
Every night I found little cockroaches in the bathroom. The staff doesn't make the effort to understand us but I think it's a problem in Bangkok in general.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was situated close to the bustling street markets and within easy reach of the most popular tourist spots. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and we were pleased with the variety of facilities available, including the swimming pool and health center. the breakfast selection was delicious, offering a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we greatly appreciated the fact that we were not charged any additional fees for checking out late.

The room was spacious. Not so new. It had a bathtub and a shower. The pool was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. The restaurant was very good. The attention of the excellent staff. The cleaning was very good.
Walking from the city train is not so easy on the streets.
